{DMU Easter Party}
Ryan's school put on a small Easter party for the families this year. Miss A was afraid of the Easter Bunny. I don't even think afraid is the right word for how she felt. More like completely terrified. In her defense, he was kind of a scary looking Easter Bunny. haha!
Eli sure showed her! He was all smiles. Of course, I did hand him to the Easter Bunny so he was facing backwards. He never really did look the bunny straight in the face or he might have cried too.
They had a few stations for the kids to rotate between. Addy's favorite was probably the egg painting/dying station. She dyed her very first Easter egg and loved every minute of it! She was also able to draw and color the Easter Bunny. She of course had the help of her fathers artistic talents. It looks more like a cat to me ;)
There can't be an Easter party without an Easter egg hunt. Addy had no problems remembering how to do it. All of our hard practice last year paid off. She was a lot quicker this time around that's for sure! Eli even managed to snatch an egg or two. I'm glad they had a good time.
