{Repetition}

We have been noticing lately that Addy is a girl of repetition. Her everyday actions are very predictable especially at certain times of the day. Ever night the last phrase we here from her as we are closing the door is, "Play Elmo!" Every morning she says, "Sleep, good." As in, she slept good. Every evening when I feed Eli his rice cereal she rolls up on her bike, parks it right next me and says, "Temple." This means she wants me to sing "I love to see the temple." After every bath when she is wrapped up all nice and cozy in her towel she says, "Little baby!" This means she wants her Daddy to sing "rock-a-bye baby" and she will be the baby and he will rock her.
And, every morning as I am wrapping Eli up to put him down for his morning nap she does this . . .
It is by far my favorite repetitious thing she does and always brings a smile to my face. She runs as fast as she can into his room and heads straight for the bin with all of the beanie babies in it. She grabs as many as her little arms will hold, runs as fast as her little legs will go to my room to drop the goods off, and then repeats. She then carefully takes them one by one, lines them up flat on their backs and says, "Shhhh, nigh night." What a good little mommy she is to her babies.
The other day I went to get her up from her nap and was surprised to see this . . .
Breakfast in bed anyone? Oh how this girl cracks me up.

she is so adorable! I'm going to take a guess that that little girl is a LOT like her mommy.
